Over the course of the week, our paddlers gave everything on the water—and it paid off.

Highlights included:
•    🥇 Gold in the 500m Mixed 
•    🥇 Gold in the 200m Mixed 
•    🥈 Silver in the Women 500m
•    🥉 Bronze in the Women 200m
•    🥉 Bronze in the Mixed 2km

To top it off, eight of our paddlers proudly represented Queensland in the State vs State races, coached by Maggie Boyce, with outstanding results across all Senior C events.

For a club just three years old, Kawana Powerblades continues to punch well above its weight. Under the guidance of Head Coach Maggie Boyce and the skilled sweeps/coaches Ross Boyce and Elizabeth Mitchell, our teams raced with purpose, precision, and pride.

At our core, we’re a club committed to the health and wellbeing of over-50s on the Sunshine Coast. Whether you’re paddling for fun or have your sights set on state and national competitions, there’s a place for everyone in our boat.
