SiteFacilities:PARKING - Paddlers to park only where indicated
Stadium toilets will be open for use
Site Measures:Teams will be marshalled in their race numbers once the previous race has cleared the marshalling tent.
Boats:It would be appreciated if the boats can be on the beach
NO LATER THAN 6.30am.
Registration:Opens 6.45am and closes by 7.20am
Crew lists are to be entered via Revolutionise Sport please
N.B. Changes to crew lists up until registration opens.
Clubs are to print their own crew lists (only 1 copy required) along with a Full Participants’ List to bring to the regatta and to be handed in at registration. Ensure ALL participants are recorded on the list
No crew lists will be printed by the event organisers

Race Draw:Initial race draw will be issued Sunday 16th August 2026 subject to clubs completing registrations correctly.
Feedback and any amendments to draw are due NO LATER THAN

Final race draw will be issued Thursday 20th August 2026.
No printed copies will be made available on the day. So please ensure you print your own. Any changes to the final draw will be communicated at the Sweeps and Managers briefing on race day.

RulesofRacing:Mixed racing will be no greater than 10 male paddlers in the boat.
Sweeps and drummers for women’s category are to be women, however, they can be any gender for other race categories.
Standard AusDBF Rules of Racing and at the discretion of the event organisers.
MinimumNumbers: 16 paddlers plus a drummer and sweep – Standard Boat
8 paddlers plus a sweep and drummer – Small Boat
